To access your requests, first start by logging into your Zendesk account using your email address and password. If you have not established an account, please review the following article: Setting Up a Zendesk Account – Xtend.
Once logged in, navigate to the upper right corner and click the drop-down arrow next to your account name, then access 'Requests.' You will be brought to the 'My requests' screen where you will see two tabs, 'My requests' and 'Request I'm CC'd on.'
'My requests' are tickets where you are the main requester. 'Requests I'm CC'd on' are tickets that you are included on as a CC. Be sure to check both tabs frequently to stay up to date on tickets that pertain to you and your Credit Union.
To sort your requests by status, navigate the status drop down list located to the right of the Search request field:
