This article explains the different communication methods you can use to contact each department at Xtend.
General requests/Administration:
- For contract inquiries, email admin@xtendcu.com
- For sales inquiries, email faith.speigner@xtendcu.com
- For all other inquiries, email info@xtendcu.com
- To call Xtend, dial 800-327-3478 or 616-285-5711 ext 313
Bookkeeping Department:
- Email xtendsrs@xtendcu.com - this will automatically forward to Zendesk and create a ticket on your behalf.
- Email bookkeeping@xtendcu.zendesk.com - this will automatically create a ticket on your behalf.
- Submit a new request form on the Client Connect portal - https://xtendcu.zendesk.com/hc.

- When sending reports, email bkreports@xtendcu.com
