What is the Client Connect:
Xtend uses Zendesk to field and track client inquiries to improve internal operations and embed efficiency and trackability in all communications.
To contact us, head to the Client Connect portal, log in and click “Submit a request” in the top right corner. The Client Connect is where your tickets will live and where you’ll go to view ticket updates, send updates, and track ticket statuses. No need to worry, you will also receive an email notification when your ticket is updated.

Introducing Chat with Xtend & how it works:
Chat with Xtend is our newly activated Zendesk Web Chat channel! When initiating a chat, a ticket will generate and route to a staff member for assistance.
We still highly recommend submitting requests through the online request form, but if you need quick assistance, get locked out of your Zendesk account, etc., send us a chat and we will assist you!
